How do I sign up?

Signing up with Valisure is easy! You can sign up by clicking “Sign Up” here or by calling (833) 825-4787.

How do I send you my prescriptions?

First ensure that your medications are available on our site by signing up and browsing our inventory. If your medication is available, order it and ensure your prescription gets transferred one of the following ways:

Your prescriber can provide us the prescription by doing the following:
Calling in the RX (833) 497-7370
Faxing in the RX (203) 497-7371 or
E-prescribing the RX with NPI number 1740771021

You can call Valisure to give us your current pharmacy information so that we can follow up to get your prescriptions transferred.

I buy my meds from a big-name pharmacy. Aren’t they chemically validated?

No pharmacy in the United States, other than Valisure, does their own chemical analysis on every batch of every medication that it dispenses. Usually, chemical quality is only checked on a subset of batches at the manufacturer (often overseas).  ~80% of drug ingredients for the meds sold at any US pharmacy are manufactured in India or China. There are roughly 3 drug recalls in the US every day and about 100 of those recalls every year are “class I” which are considered life threatening.

Valisure’s proprietary laser-based technology allows it to be the only pharmacy in the US that chemically validates every single batch of medication to help ensure you receive only quality, consistent meds.

What does “chemically validated” mean?

It means that we do not just check the medication by looking at it. We sample and crush up pills from every batch and test the chemicals inside of them using advanced laser technology that our team of Harvard- and Yale-trained scientists developed specifically to ensure medication quality. This chemical analysis makes sure each batch of medication has been rigorously validated to have the ingredients it should and that it will properly dissolve in the body.

I cannot find my medication on your site – what am I supposed to do?

If you cannot find your desired medication on our site, please sign up and request your specific medication. Contact us at (833) 825-4787 if you have any questions or concerns.

Are Valisure medications better than other pharmacies?

It is important to note that Valisure does not manufacture any medications and makes no claims on medication efficacy or its side effects. We purchase our medications from the same American distributors used by other pharmacies. Valisure works very hard to make sure that every batch of every medication is rigorously analyzed by testing samples. We check to ensure that you are consistently getting what the doctor ordered.

How do I refill a prescription with Valisure?

To refill your prescription, please reorder your desired medication(s) and check out. 

We will verify your prescription and ship your medications to your door in a discreet, secure package.

Does ValisureRX accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid?

Currently we accept some insurances and are working every day to expand our insurance networks. If we do not accept your insurance or you do not have insurance, due to the low cost of generic medication, many of our prescriptions may be less expensive than standard insurance copays.

To find out if we are in network with your PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Manager), please have your insurance card ready with your RxBIN and RxPCN numbers when calling (833) 497-7370.

Can you ship a prescription to my state?

Valisure is currently licensed to dispense prescription drugs in the following 38 states. We can ship over-the-counter medications and supplements anywhere in the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.

How do I cancel an order?

Please call the pharmacy staff at (833) 497-7370 if you wish to cancel an order. Please note that once a prescription medication is shipped it cannot legally be returned.

How long does the Valisure process take?

Valisure values quality above all else and, to ensure this, some medication testing might take longer than anticipated. If you are ordering a prescription medication, processing will start when we have received a valid prescription from your provider. Over-the-counter and supplement purchases will process as soon as you complete checkout. Please allow for 2 to 5 business days for processing and chemical analysis of orders and prescriptions. You may check in with us anytime about the status of your order.

How long does Valisure’s Medication Testing process take?

The process can take 2-4 weeks to complete. Please feel free to check in regarding the status of your sample by calling (833) 497-7370.
