Chief Executive Officer
Chip is an accomplished healthcare executive with over 30 years working throughout the healthcare industry, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical supply chain and related services. The breadth and depth of his experience provides him with an unparalleled understanding of the healthcare ecosystem at large. His background includes expertise with the drug supply chain and the commercialization of brand and generic products from his time as the CEO Of Anda, Inc., a wholly owned division of Teva Pharmaceuticals LLC. and as the President of Theracon, Inc., a speciality pharmacy services subsidiary of CVS Health Inc. He served as the President of CHD Meridian Healthcare, the largest national provider of employer cited primary care and pharmacy services and as the President of Minute Clinic, LLC, where he oversaw the development and delivery of nurse practitioner based convenient care services delivered in retail clinics operated by CVS Health, Inc. As a Senior Manager and CPA with Ernst & Young , he provided an array of services to hospitals, health insurers and self- insured employers. He has advised a number of early stage healthcare companies, was a founding member the GPO Rx Sourcing Strategies, and has served on the Boards of the Healthcare Distribution Alliance, The Senior Care Coalition and the Convenient Care Coalition.
