Valisure Co-Founder and President David Light presented at the American Public Health Association (APHA) 2025 Annual Meeting & Expo, one of the nation’s leading gatherings of public health professionals, researchers, and policymakers.

David led a roundtable discussion titled “Creating actionable transparency to drug quality through DoD project: First year results on essential medicines and application to the nation,” which was featured within the Pharmacy Policy, Economics, Quality, and Advocacy session.

The presentation highlighted findings from Valisure’s ongoing collaboration with the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) to evaluate and enhance the quality of essential medicines. The session explored how transparency, independent testing, and data-driven assessment can improve trust and accountability in the national drug supply chain.

Valisure was honored to have its work selected from a highly competitive pool of submissions for its rigor, relevance, and impact on advancing drug quality and public health nationwide.
