Brent brings over 20 years of dynamic leadership experience in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, with a strong track record of driving growth, launching successful products, and building high-performing sales teams across complex healthcare markets.

Throughout his career, Brent has held senior leadership positions at companies such as Novartis, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca, and Daiichi Sankyo. He has consistently delivered exceptional results, including leading revenue growth initiatives, spearheading national redeployment strategies, and winning top performance rankings. His expertise spans cardiovascular, hematology, and specialty care markets, with deep knowledge in integrated delivery networks, specialty pharmacy channels, and strategic contracting.

Most recently, Brent founded and led a successful security services company in Chicago, which he grew to over $10 million in revenue before a successful acquisition in early 2025. His entrepreneurial spirit, combined with deep corporate sales leadership experience, uniquely positions him to lead Valisure’s next phase of commercial growth.

Brent holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in Business Administration from Michigan State University.
